1.  Plan your yoga classes for the week and put them on your calendar

2.  Make a date with a friend to go to class together

3.  Allow yourself to go easy for a class or two

Is the Workshop for ME?
Esak’s teaching benefits the beginner to the advanced. It is for everyone. If you are new to the practice, you will learn proper form and alignment from the start. If you have been practicing for years, but maybe feel a little stuck in certain postures, he can help you break through. If you are very experienced, you will still hear new information … there is always somewhere new to go.

Beyond the knowledge of body and posture, we are excited about this wonderful enhancement to our ongoing yoga education: Learning more, from the very best. Esak’s yogic energy is very powerful. He walks the walk of the yogi life through intense personal practice, daily meditation, disciplined nutrition, and constant giving to the yoga world. Esak travels the globe to teach others, organizes yoga festivals, and brings the community together in so many ways. You will not regret grabbing the chance to learn from Esak.
