Posture Clinic and Class with Esak Garcia

Esak Garcia is coming to BYC to lead these 2 very special events. Esak is a world class practitioner, competitor and teacher. His classes are in demand in Bikram Yoga communities all over the globe, and his visit is the absolute highlight of our special events for the year. We are so very lucky to have him.
Posture Clinic (morning class): The focus will be technique for the 26 & 2 beginner’s class (what we do every day), with some extra teaching on back bending.
Saturday, April 28, 10:30 – 1:30
$75 Until April 1   After April 1 $90
Intermediate Class (afternoon class): Esak’s signature e84 Intermediate Class is for anyone with a basic foundation in the regular beginner’s practice. We will have the chance to explore some new postures and develop new skills! It is a 90 minute hot class that is safe and fun.

NO advanced skills are required to participate!

Esak Garcia is Coming to BYC March 11

Esak is a world renown yoga practitioner, champion, and teacher. He is coming to our studio to give us a workshop on posture technique, and to teach a Bikram class. It is a true privilege to have such an amazing opportunity. You don’t want to miss this chance to learn from Esak in person, ask questions and see some of his amazing demonstrations.

More About Esak Garcia
Esak has been practicing Bikram yoga for 22+ years. He was trained by Radha Garcia, Bikram Choudhury and Mary Jarvis. He works widely in the hot yoga community leading workshops, retreats and trainings. Esak is the 2005 Bishnu Ghosh Cup International Champion and one of the co-founders of USA Yoga and the International Yoga Sports Federation, which are non-profit organizations created to promote yoga sports. He is well known for his ability to train world champions as well as effectively work with beginners and students with physical challenges. Esak is the creator of Jedi Fight Club and the co-founder of the One Fire hot yoga festival. His family owns a yoga studio in Boulder, Colorado, where he makes his home. In 2017, Esak is leading the first ever e84 advanced trainings in Maui and Bali.
